The mission of the Community Improvement Fund is to eliminate financial insecurity for working class Americans. We believe that in the robust economy of the United States, no person should worry about their most essential needs.
American Basic Income
Our flagship program sends recipients a permanent monthly payment that will increase over time.
We add recipients continuously as our resources grow. Our goal is to increase our monthly payment to $500 per month for as many working class American citizens as possible.
We are building this program from the ground up, and we are excited to watch our impact increase over time.
Meet the Founders
Davey and Andrew Smith are natives of Lookout Mountain, GA. They started this organization to ensure that every American citizen is valued and no one has to struggle to meet their family’s essential needs.
